Double Porsche Carrera Cup GB champion Daniel Cammish is looking to extend his impressive record at Oulton Park with more silverware in 2017.

The 2.260 miles, 7 turn track has always proven to be popular with drivers and fans, who flock to the circuit in their thousands, giving the place a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Dan has always gone well at the Cheshire-based circuit, having taken a clean sweep of two pole positions, two fastest laps and two wins last year. The Leeds-based driver will be looking for more of the same this time out.

Cammish currently lies second in the championship, four points behind team-mate Charlie Eastwood, but will be looking to take the advantage back. A qualifying incident at Donington Park relegated him to the tenth on the grid for race one and the back of the grid for race two. In an incredible display of racecraft and damage limitation, Dan was able to race through the pack to finish an impressive second and fourth.

Last weekend Dan made his full-season debut in the international Porsche Supercup championship in Barcelona, where he scored a podium finish and a fourth place. The accomplished performance allowed Dan to stamp his intentions on the championship and means he lies third in the standings. He will be hoping his Oulton Park weekend continues this outstanding form, allowing him to return to his winning ways in his Nationwide Crash Repair/PPG Paint-backed Porsche 991.

Qualifying takes place on Saturday 20th May at 12:05 and is followed by round five at 17:05. Round six will be broadcast live on the afternoon of May 21st on ITV4 at 15:32.
